Shushybye Review and Giveaway...

Shushybye...never heard of it? I hadn't either before we were given the chance to review it, but now Shushybye is an important part of our bedtime routine:)
SHUSHYBYE is a preschool entertainment and lifestyle brand designed to inspire children to look forward to sleep time and help parents prepare their children for sleep in a fun and loving way that encourages imagination. SHUSHYBYE is the land way above the clouds where the Shushies (led by SNOOZLES, DOZIE AND ZEEZ) make dreams for children, then place them in SHUSHYBYE Dream Boxes, which are sent to sleeping children via the SHUSHYBYE Train driven by CONDUCTOR MCCLOUD. In order to get their SHUSHYBYE dreams each night, children have to go to sleep on time for the arrival of the SHUSHYBYE Train - when Mommy and Daddy tell them to!

What we thought:

I think you'd have a hard time finding a toddler or preschooler(we have one of each)who didn't absolutely fall in love with Shushybye and the Shushies! The characters are so likeable my kiddos wanted to read this book over and over again!

We start the CD(Shushybye & Goodnight, Deluxe Edition) 15-30 minutes before bedtime and the kiddos know its time to start cleaning up their toys, brushing their teeth, getting their jammies on, etc. A actually takes the book(Shushybye: Sleepover Surprise, which has a glow in the dark cover) to bed with her every night:) The CD has 16 songs, so we never finish it in one night, but that means we have a little bit of variety from night to night which is imperative to Mommy and Daddy's sanity...though I must say, the songs are rather catchy and more than once I have caught B singing or humming "oh my my Shushybye" :)

You can watch Shushybye the TV show on BabyFirstTV, and the Shushybye Dream Band has announced some new tour dates! Overall, ABCD Diaries gives Shushybye an A for making bedtime something the kiddos now look forward to:)
