What we thought: Did you know on average, we spend 5 years of our lives suffering from colds?! This book was pretty interesting. It explains what a cold is and how and where you are most likely to acquire a cold. Jennifer Ackerman offers lots of cold statistics, like who is most likely to catch a cold and more. She discusses several cold myths and and separates fact from fiction. She also discusses comfort methods for decreasing cold symptoms. Ackerman tells this story with a lot of humor and you can tell she put a lot of effort into gathering this in depth research on colds. If you would like to learn more about colds(not a bad idea with cold season approaching:) or are just curious by nature and love learning, I would definitely recommend this book! ABCD Diaries gives Ah-CHOO! an A+!
