About Litter Free Lunch:

Created by Felice Farran and Megan Wojtyla... here is the Litter Free Lunch Story - "Once Felice’s oldest son started bringing his lunch to school each day, she started using reusable containers in his lunch box. About two years ago, Felice took the next step by purchasing cloth cocktail-size napkins at a local Whole Foods. This purchase made Felice wonder if a child-friendly cloth napkin existed. One thing lead to another and Felice decided to take the idea to the next level and speak with her friend Megan. Megan’s previous work experience has been vital to the creation of our creative, reusable products. • Replace brown paper bags with a reusable lunch box or bag;
• Swear off plastic bags and use stainless steel food containers;
• Switch from disposable paper napkins to reusable cloth napkins;
• Give up the habit of disposable water bottles and replace it with a reusable stainless steel water bottle;
• Skip disposable plastic cutlery and pack a reusable spoons or forks;
• Save money by avoiding individually wrapped or packaged items like yogurt, cheese, cookies or crackers. Buy larger sizes and pack portions in reusable containers. It’s green and saves green!"

What we thought: If you've been following ABCD Diaries for a while, you know we are all about replacing wasteful products with products that reduce our carbon footprint. That is why I love Litter Free Lunch. We are making less waste and doing it in style:) I love that the Go Green Trio offers matching snack and sandwich bags AND a napkin! These will be perfect for those back-to-school lunchboxes or even for adults who take there lunch to work. Each piece is made with durable, quality fabric and stands up well to repeated washing.
