What we thought: Denise Austin has got to be one of the most positive and motivational self-help writers I've read! Her style is so upbeat and encouraging and that is perfect for Get Energy! because it really helps you get excited about beginning your journey to find more energy. This book has easy-to-read, step-by-step instructions to help along the way. It is very specific about what you need to due to be successful on your quest for energy. I loved the little tips along the way. When you don't have a lot of energy, it can seem overwhelmingly difficult to get more of it, but Denise Austin presents proven ways to get there in a simple and easy-to-follow way.
