Tortuga Rum Cakes Review and Giveaway...

We recently had the chance to review a few rum cakes from Tortuga Rum Ltd.

We sampled two flavors of Tortuga Rum Cakes:

Original Golden Rum Cake (with Walnuts)-
"Our most popular Flavor! Our World Famous Tortuga "Golden Original" Rum Cakes with Walnuts are baked fresh daily in the Cayman Islands with only the finest natural ingredients, including imported walnuts. The only preservative used is our specially blended "5-year-old", oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum. Florida Orange Rum Cake-

What we thought: Both cakes were moist and soft and flavored really well. The orange was a really nice flavor combination for the spongy cake infused with rum. The original cake was also quite a treat:) The rum taste of these cakes isn't too terribly overpowering. Tortuga Rum Cakes would make great gifts or beautiful centerpieces on your holiday dessert table.
