What we thought: Vitalicious are definitely convenient and healthy options for breakfast or snacking. I love the variety of flavors of the VitaTops! There is something for everyone's tastes:) I preferred the Chocolate Mint and the kiddos really loved the fruity flavors of Apple Crumb and Banana Nut. These 100 calorie treats are super easy to make...you just pull one out of the freezer and defrost or toast and VOILA! If you're looking for a quick, tasty on-the-go breakfast option that is low in calories and high in essential vitamins and nutrients but you don't want to sacrifice taste, you should check out Vitalicious products.
