What we thought: This mat was really neat!  It does take a little getting used to, but you can definitely feel the mat working while laying on it and afterwards.  It is actually quite comfortable once you get used to it.  My favorite area to use the mat is on my back...soooo relaxing!  It actually works wonders on your feet too if you can handle standing on it.  It's kinda one of those things that "hurts so good" you know?  If you suffer from aches and pains or need a little stress relief and would like to try an in-home version of Acupressure, this mat would be a great start!
