Thanks to Cooking With Rebecka, we recently had the chance to review The Pampered Chef's Season's Best Cookbook.

What we thought: This was a fun cookbook. Most of the dishes feature Mexican influences which are always a hit around our house. For the most part, the recipes were easy to follow and used easy-to-find ingredients. I would have liked to see more color photos of the recipes, but that is my own personal preference:) If you want to try out some great summer recipes, check out Season's Best!
