Tropical Traditions Organic Shredded Coconut Review and Giveaway...

We recently had the chance to review the Organic Shredded Coconut from Tropical Traditions.

What we thought:  Yet another fabulous product from Tropical Traditions...the Shredded Coconut!  This cocnut is super-fine and worked great for coconut cookies and coconut shrimp.  We usually use coconut in baked goods...cookies, bars, candies, etc and the shredded coconut would work great for all of these!  The first batch of cookies I made were gone within a few hours, so you know they had to have been pretty tasty:)  Even B, who doesn't eat many sweets devoured them.  My sister's bf doesn't even like coconut and he loved the cookies.  We are super excited to be able to experiment a little more with coconut in the kitchen and it's great to know that our shreds are natural, organic and not treated with sulfites.  This really gives them a superior flavor.  ABCD Diaries gives Tropical Traditions Organic Shredded Coconut an A+!
