What we thought: If you are looking for a crispy, crunchy cookie that will fit into your gluten-free diet, Enjoy Life Foods has just what you're looking for! These cookies were so tasty! I generally prefer a chewier cookie, but I thought these crispy varieties were really yummy and the whole crew agreed:) Our favorites were the chocolate chip and the vanilla honey graham. All of them made the perfect afternoon snack/after dinner treat. What a delicious way to eat gluten free! ABCD Diaries gives Enjoy Life Foods Crunchy Cookies an A+!
