What we thought:  This mouth rinse helped freshen our breath and wasn't crazy strong and overpowering like other we've tried.  I like knowing it is made with natural ingredients and helps keep my mouth clean and healthy in a gentle way:)  I have definitely noticed less "pink in the sink" since starting to use this rinse regularly.  ABCD Diaries gives The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Mouth Rinse an A!
