What we thought: The CareLine Phone would be great for seniors who like to stay socially active.  It has great features like large print displays, photo speed dial, and a wearable pendant. The pendant can be used as a speed dial or emergency contact...one button can connect you to emergency services.  The pendant is lightweight and features a built-in speakerphone.  Plus, there are no monthly monitoring fees.  The CareLine set also features a large button corded phone with voice announce caller ID, a digital answering system and photo dials for those you call the most.  The cordless phone features Audio Assist to temporarily boost the volume, a large, high-contrast display and over-sized, lighted buttons.  This phone is fairly easy to set up and super simple to use...truly a great tool for seniors to use to stay more independent.  It's no wonder this phone was voted a finalist in SeniorHome.com's BEST Senior Living Awards!  ABCD Diaries gives the VTech CareLine phone an A+!
