  We recently had the chance to review the complete line of Wholesome Cravings Baking Mixes:

What we thought:  
Wholesome Cravings baking mixes are high protein and gluten and dairy free which makes them great for people with allergies or anyone who wants a healthier snack alternative to regular muffins or bars.   These protein-packed mixes make delicious, indulgent snacks that provide long-lasting energy.  They come in 4 flavors: Apple Ginger, Pumpkin Spice, Decadent Chocolate Chip and Banana Chocolate Chip.  We loved them all, though our personal favorite was the Pumpkin Spice: 

They require a few extra ingredients...think wet stuff like eggs, pumpkin puree, bananas and apple juice...but wee think they are totally worth it!  They make great muffins and bars and are wonderful for on-the-go snacking.
