We recently had the chance to review LorAnn Bakery Emulsions:

We used the Cinnamon Spice emulsion in our snickerdoodle recipe and they were a huge hit!  B took a pan of them to work and they were devoured!  He even had someone ask how much I charge per dozen and if they could place an order for more.  Really?!

We also found that they are a fun way to add a little flavor to vanilla ice cream.  Just a few drops goes a long way.  The coconut and pumpkin emulsions made delicious ice cream creations!
