We recently had the chance to review Antonio Celentano Olive Oil:
Antonio Celentano olive oil is qualified by an
independent certified board of olive oil masters. Their certification is backed up by what's in
the bottle - 100% real olive oil, virgin, extra & unadulterated.
We had never tried unfiltered olive oil, so we were super excited to try Antonio Celentano!
First, we mixed up a marinade for some portobello mushrooms that we planned to grill. A little olive oil, vinegar, and some spices mixed up and then poured over the caps and marinated for a few hours:
One of our favorite side dishes is a simple roasted broccoli. Cut up the broccoli on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt...then roast for 10-12 minutes:
We rounded out our Antonio Celentano sponsored meal with a loaf of crusty French bread and a delicious, yet simple bread dip. Mix some pesto with an equal amount of olive oil, season with garlic, sea salt and fresh-cracked peppercorns for an amazing bread dip:
Our meal as a hit! The whole family enjoyed every dish:) We could definitely taste the difference between Antonio Celentano olive oil and our previous olive oil, especially in the bread dip. It's hard to explain the taste, it's like olive oil only better:) Such a pure, rich flavor!
We were super impressed with the quality and presentation of Antonio Celentano Olive Oil!
