We recently had the chance to review Honey Stinger Waffles and Energy Gels:

Honey Stinger makes a variety of natural energy products including waffles, gels, chews and bars.  The waffles are like those that are found across Europe, honey sandwiched between 2 paper-thin waffles.  Honey Stingers newest flavor is Gingersnap and my, oh, my are they tasty!  My favorite way to eat these waffles is to warm them over a cup of hot tea.  The honey gets all melty and yummo...definitely a great complement to my morning tea!   

These waffles are individually wrapped, which makes them great for on-the-go or as an addition to a lunch box.  A great way to get a little energy boost in a natural way!

Honey Stinger Classic Energy Gels can be used straight from the packet or spread on toast or stirred into tea. You can even mix well with water to make a natural energy drink!  The Strawberry Kiwi flavor is great!
