The stay fresh containers give them a longer shelf life.  Pomi has several products to choose from.  We sampled Strained Tomatoes, Chopped Tomatoes, Finely Chopped Tomatoes and Marinara.

We used the Marinara on a quick pizza.  

It was fantastic!  So fresh tasting and spiced just right!

We used some of the other tomatoes in our monthly pot of red sauce.  We always make a big batch and freeze it for use later in the month.  Then we can pull it out to use as a pasta or meat sauce, pizza sauce or dipping sauce.

I was very pleased with the results.  Pomi tomatoes definitely tasted fresher to me than canned tomatoes and I loved the size of the boxes...great for large batch cooking.  You can always store left over Pomi tomatoes in a plastic or glass container in your fridge if you don't need them all at once though.  They hold their fresh taste for days!

We will definitely be using these delicious Pomi products any time we need tomatoes in a recipe!
