Deliciously Fresh Atkins Meal Kits from Chef'd!

Chef'd has a great line up of over 20 Atkins-inspired meals including Zucchini Chicken Alfredo, Chimichurri Steak and Cauliflower Mash, and Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon and Asparagus, among others.  The prices range from $10 to $18.50 per serving,  Each recipe has been carefully evaluated by Atkins’ nutritionists to ensure the meals meet the program’s nutritional guidelines, with variety and taste appeal.

Your high-quality ingredients are shipped fresh and pre-portioned in a well insulated and temperature controlled box.  

We got to try out the Cajun Blackened Salmon with Cucumber Relish kit.

The included recipe card is full of cooking tips and information on the meal as well as step-by-step instructions to create your meal.

I am not joking when I say this meal was easy peasy!  8 year old D decided he wanted to cook our Mother's Day meal with this kit and he was able to follow the directions, no problem.

He needed very minimal help (B flipped the salmon and strained the boiling water from the cauliflower) to create this delicious masterpiece of a meal:

And OH. MY. GOODNESS. was it amazingly delicious?!  So good, we will be making it again and again...or maybe D will:)
