#WelcomeSpring with Salsa Queen Dips and Salsa! #spon

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Salsa Queen for providing product samples in order to facilitate this post.  All thoughts are strictly my own.

We love heating things up on our menu with different spices and sauces and were pretty pumped to try out this awesome selection of salsas and dips from Salsa Queen:

Salsa Queen is the brainchild of a single mom who created the company to provide for her 7 children.  The product line includes pico, red and tomatillo salsas plus a creamy sauce and a cheese dip.

Gourmet Pico

Made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and just the right seasoning make this Salsa Queen's most popular product. It's great as is and we really enjoyed adding it to mashed avocado to make a guacamole-like spread for sandwiches and wraps.

Roasted Tomatillo

This tangy salsa has a bit more of a kick and the tomatillos really shine through. This salsa features authentic ingredients and is great for topping meat dishes.

Red Chili

This salsa is super flavorful and is great with breakfast, especially over eggs!

Creamy Jalapeno

This was the favorite of both kiddos.  It's quite similar to a creamy jalapeno dip we make all the time and works well anywhere you would normally use Ranch dressing.

Queso Chipotle

The possibilities are endless for this amazing dip. The chipotle gives it a nice smoky flavor and it works well as a sandwich or wrap spread.  Of course, it goes perfectly with tortilla chips!

We loved Salsa Queen as an addition to our tostada bar!  B loved the smoky Red Chili:

You can't see it, but underneath all that lettuce and avocado (below) are a couple of tostadas and on top of those tostadas is a layer of Roasted Tomatillo sauce...and it was delicious with a capital D!

These products were all amazingly tasty.  We could have handled a little more heat, but the flavors were so bold and tasty, we didn't miss the spice that much.  I love the versatility of these sauces.  They can be used straight from the fridge as chip dips, as an ingredient in a myriad of dishes or as an easy way to dress up pretty much anything you would normally top with salsa, hot sauce or dressing.
