With Halloween behind us, the next big holiday to starting getting ready for is Thanksgiving! Today we are going to share one of our favorite kitchen tools that is perfect for those holiday gatherings...the amazing Quick Baste Roaster from GoodCook:
The design of this roaster is truly innovative. It features an concave and ridged bottom allowing all those yummy juices to pool on either side of the pan making it super simple to suck them up with a baster and baste your bird in all it's deliciously golden glory!
This is a way safer and faster way to baste as well, eliminating the need to lift and tilt the hot pan to get juices to pool on one side. It also features a non-stick roasting rack with folding handles that makes transferring your bird easy peasy.
This roaster holds up to a 25lb turkey and since it's made from non-stick carbon steel it is durable AND simple to clean up. Handwashing is a breeze, but you could also toss the roaster in the dishwasher.
