#HealthyStart - Quick Daily Sauce That Can Do So Much from MiSOgood!

One of our favorite new ways to mix things up in the kitchen is by using a little MiSOgood Quick Daily Sauce to perk up any meal!

MiSOgood is the first user friendly miso that you can pour straight from the bottle to season dishes, or simply add hot water for soup.  This sauce is is lovingly crafted using organic ingredients, employing the same methods that have been utilized in Japan for 1,300 years.  After being hand crafted it is slowly barrel aged to perfection.

We got to try the Spicy Miso and the Teriyaki Miso:

Teriyaki Miso: A touch of tangy. Sweet tangy sauce meets everyone’s favorite miso.

This sauce is perfect for seasoning meat, fish, and veggies.  We poured in about a tablespoon of this sauce with our stir fried veggies for a quick an easy meal over brown rice.  

Yum!  You can also use a tablespoon as a base for dressings.

Spicy Miso: A mix of spicy and savory.  Heats up any meal!

This sauce is also great for adding a little heat and savory flavor to meat, fish, and veggies. You can also use it to create your own condiments like Spicy Miso Mayo, the perfect spread for a sandwich!  We also used our Spicy Miso in a yummy focaccia bread recipe found on MiSOgood's website:

It was delicious as a side for soup and made great sandwiches the next day, tender and flavorful!

Another favorite recipe from the website was the risotto.  We tweaked it a bit to our tastes and used the Spicy Miso sauce and it was amazingly tasty!
