This tool is crazy simple to set up and use.  It connects to an app on your phone.  The app includes tons of easy to understand information, tips and tricks as well as a huge library of recipes for pretty much anything you could imagine ( and some things you never thought about) cooking with a sous vide cooker.

Users can search the abundance of recipes (that are rated by other users) to find the perfect recipe for whatever they are cooking or to get recipe and ingredient inspiration.  For our maiden voyage with the Precision Cooker, we chose a highly rated ribeye recipe.

We seasoned our meat:

Heated the water:

Put the meat in zipper bags and clipped to the side of the pan once the water reached temp:

Once the sous vide time was up, seared the steaks in a cast iron pan:

And voila!

The steaks were cooked perfectly to our desired doneness:

The cool part is that the meat was the same doneness throughout...no tough or chewy overdone edges!  Just an evenly cooked, perfectly delicious cut of meat!

Whether it’s steak, chicken, fish, vegetables, or even crème brûlée, sous vide gives you results that are impossible to achieve with any other method.  It couldn't be easier to achieve these gourmet results in your very own kitchen than with the Anova Precision Cooker!
