Now that spring has finally arrived, we are super excited to add more fresh veggies to our meals.  Our garden isn't quite producing yet, so we looked to Melissa's Produce to help us get our hands on some really tasty veggies.  Check out the Baby Vegetable Basket:

What a beautiful way to add some fresh vegetables to your kitchen this Spring! The baby vegetables in this basket vary from season to season and therefore may include: baby versions of Artichokes, Beets, Broccoli, Turnips, Kohlrabi, Romanesco Cauliflower, Squash, Leeks, Carrots, Potatoes, and Radishes. Each delicately woven basket is brimming with fresh vegetables which are artfully arranged to provide a charming presentation.

Take a closer look at the most adorable veggies featured in our Baby Vegetable Basket:

Aren't they just gorgeous?!

We received lots of yummy root veggies like radishes, carrots, garlic and onions:

Tiny red and yellow potatoes, green and yellow pattypan squash, itty itty and super tender green zucchini:

Baby artichokes and small beets:

And a healthy portion of crisp green beans:

These veggies were super fresh and perfectly ripe and ready to eat!  We had a blast incorporating them into our menu as side dishes and snacks.  Raw, roasted, steamed...delicious!

The Baby Vegetable Basket from Melissa's Produce offers tons of tasty, healthy and colorful veggies and is beautifully presented in a reusable basket, making it a great gift for anyone this Spring!
