You may have caught my review a few weeks for Thrive Sauce Co. Special Sauces. Guess what? Thrive also offers up a fantastic line of Asian-inspired cooking and finishing sauces!
Every chef knows that finishing sauces are all about bold flavors. They are typically concentrated, making a little sauce go a long way. This results in adding tons of mouthwatering flavor without tons of additional calories! Thrive Sauce Co follows these basic cooking rules with three fantastic Asian-Style flavors:
Yellow Coconut Curry
This is B's favorite of the three. It's an all-purpose sauce best used as a stir fry sauce, marinade or dip. It goes great on rice and noodle dishes. It's flavor is creamy, lime forward, brightly spiced and mild in heat. B also loves it as a salad dressing!
Sesame Satay
This all-purpose sauce can be used as a dip, marinade, stir fry sauce, even a salad dressing! It' perfect to drizzle on rice and noodle bowls or used to saute vegetables. Slather it on some meat, put it on skewers and grill for a truly tasty treat! It has a savory, mild heat and a velvety consistency. It tastes like peanut, but don't worry, it's actually nut-free!
Sweet-Chili Lemongrass
My personal favorite of the three, this all-purpose sauce can be used as a dip, marinade, stir fry sauce, and dressing. Like the other two, it's wonderful on rice and noodle bowls, sautéed vegetables, seafood, chicken & grilled meats. I love that this sauce is tangy with sweet and savory notes.
These Thrive sauces are so versatile! They are great to have on hand to use as all-purpose sauces, marinades, basting and dipping sauces. Perfect for using on tofu, chicken, seafood, veggies, pot stickers, spring rolls and so much more! All of the Asian sauces are gluten-free, nut-free and vegan. Thrive Sauce Co also has a number of recipes on their site to assist you in utilizing these sauces to make healthy and delicious meals.
